Decided to give a new place a shot. We got the Crab Rangoon’s and the crispy beef roll, they were ok. This is a dumpling place but they had great reviews for the Mongolian beef and General Chicken and the Bok choy . The General chicken was chew at best. My husband said his jaw was getting a workout just chewing. The Mongolian beef the spices were burnt and uneatable. The only thing I enjoyed was the bok choy . We will try it again for the dumplings but today’s lunch was a let down. Only good part were the service, everyone was very sweet and attentive.

First time here. . Came once before when it was the othet restaurant. Place is really nice and cozy and clean. Service is great better than the food. . Xiaolong bao and edamame are great . .scallion pancakes were decent weren't crispy enough i guess we have to ask for soup spoons bec we didnt get any with our xiaolong bao. The spinach is great and the chicken and broccoli are good half of the menu I feel is catered to non Asians and other half of menu is for Asians its missing traditional Chinese dishes. But for what it is. .I definitely recommend

Albert, Susan, Jason, and I practically sampled the whole menu at Mimi Garden Dumpling & Bao in the Conroe/The Woodlands area, and here is why you should too! This was our first visit, so we ordered whatever sounded good and shared everything family-style. The pork soup dumplings were my absolute favorite—hot, juicy, freshly made, and exactly what a soup dumpling should be. We also tried separate orders of steamed pork, chicken, and beef dumplings, along with the fried shrimp balls, which were perfectly crispy outside and tender and flavorful inside. The crispy beef roll was another standout, especially with the generous amount of fresh cilantro. The pineapple beef was beautifully served inside a hollowed-out pineapple and tasted similar to sweet-and-sour beef, only without the sourness. We also enjoyed the Mongolian beef and combo fried noodles, which were both good additions to an already impressive spread. I tried apple sake for the first time and absolutely loved it, while Jason’s nigori sake paired perfectly with the meal. The food arrived at a comfortable, edible pace instead of overwhelming the table all at once. Through the large glass wall, you can actually watch the food

If you’re in The Woodlands area, I highly recommend checking out MiMi Garden! The soup dumplings are absolutely delicious! Definitely a must-try. The restaurant itself is so cute, with soft baby blue decor and little pops of pink that make it feel really welcoming and cozy. On top of that, the owner and servers were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. Such a great spot! I’ll definitely be back!

Mimi Garden Dumpling and Bao was absolutely delicious! The dumplings were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and the bao had just the right balance of texture and taste. You can truly tell care goes into every dish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was attentive, and the overall experience was wonderful. If you’re looking for authentic flavors and a cozy place to enjoy them, this is definitely a spot to visit. Floor Xpo Appreciates The good food. We’ll definitely be back!
